Just noticed this came out on iTunes in October, 2018. It was co-written by Prince and he can be heard singing background. Not sure about instruments. Rosie had one version available to download from her site back in 2005, but now iTunes has several versions on an ep. Not a great track, imo, but cool to have released as it's a Prince/Rosie collab from the 1990s. I may be wrong, but I seem to remember this being intended for Ingrid Chavez at one point.

I recall someone posting about it when it was released. From the preview, it sounds very 90's.

Exploding All Over Europe was offered as a download (in remixed form, as Exploding All Over Europe (Junior Vasquez Dance Mix)) by RosieGaines.com in 2005, following an unofficial release as a white label 12" single in 1995. In 2007, the same mix, now as '(Junior Vasquez Club Mix)'and and edit thereof were included on a digital re-release of Rosie Gaines' 1997 single I Surrender. In 2018 eleven more remixes were made available on an digital EP titled Exploding All Over Europe – The Mixes. The track was co-written by Ingrid Chavez and Prince and the original version (before remixing) is believed to have been produced by Prince, but this is unconfirmed.

Basic tracking took place on 27 March 1990, but the track wasn't copyrighted until 16 February 1993. It is likely that Junior Vasquez's remixes were made around this time also, but this is unconfirmed.

Also, the original Paisley Version of I Want U is on iTunes. Never knew that!
