Wonderful interview with Bland, I really appreciate his voice out here right about now (if by any chance you see this Michael, please continue to speak your truth on Prince, not just on your Fb page, it's a much welcome relief to the narrative, also very important in the long run...)

I also very much enjoyed the parts concerning frequencies & the funny stories about Prince.

A totally Kick-Azz interview! Gave a broader illustration of what the Minneapolis music scene is about, beyond Prince, Grand Central, Flyte Time, Vanity, etc. and bring out the entire mutlihued experience. Also awesome to hear the candor about working with Prince, the Paisley Park studios scene, and to know about Bland's own professional development and personality. A very cool contribution!

You're welcome, yeah he's a monster on the skins, Bland & Sonny are my favourite rhythm section. Very cool guys too.

Fun, informative interview. Didn't realize he started drumming with Prince @ 18!
