I have to come out of lurk mode to ask you guys about a conversation I had in one of my Facebook Prince goups. Mind you.....I'm just repeating what someone said and asking if anyone here can verify????

This chic on Facebook said she met Vanity in the audience at a Prince concert during the lovesexy era. She said Vanity made a comment about no one being able to replace her and then left the area and eventually ended up on stage sitting on a speaker with Cat glaring at her and Prince playfully smirking at her. Here's the part that she swears to but I had never heard before.......This chic swears that P was seeing Vanity after he was married to Mayte and that Mani was the contact person between P and Vanity? Has anyone heard such a thing?????

^^LMAO @ Mani being the contact person between P and Vanity. Nah, Mani wanted P all for herself she had a plan and sticked to it, there's no place for another woman.

Prince and Vanity kept in some form of contact until around 2012.

I call boolshyte on it. So many folks in so many facebook groups claiming this and that with nothing to back it up.

Yes. Denise left her brother in law a box of her things, and included was some of her writings amoung other things. He has filled in several blanks for us.

I have no doubt that Prince and Vanity was together during his marriage to Mayte, and more then likely during his marriage to Mani.

I don't think Prince could get her out of his system, nor could Vanity get Prince out of hers.

He has shared some of what she wrote, although I don't believe any pictures of documentation. He is a very kind and interesting fellow, writer, poet. Look up his name Toban and read some of his posts. He still pops in from time to time.

I will definitely look it up. Just a thought: If his claims are true, do you think Denise would want her clandestine dealings with Prince revealed, especially if she was having an extramarital affair with him? Also, is Toban working on a book about Denise (aka Vanity)?
