Carmen Electra’s album Anyone own her album & still bop to it?
I still bop to Go-Go Dancer, Go on witcha bad self, Everybody Get On Up, Fun & This Is My House. Can definitely tell Prince produced this album, it’s funkdified. Feeling nostalgic. I wonder if she’ll ever open up about her days creating this album with him. http://prince.org/msg/7/9597 [Edited 4/16/18 23:58pm]

I actually listened to it again last week while organizing my cd's. I know it gets a lot of shit around here, but I like it! If it breaks when it bends, U better not put it in!

It's not as bad as people say, it's still Prince. But by Prince's standards, it remains quite a low point. I can't help wondering how many tracks exist with Prince on vocals, in a pre-Keith Cohen/Junior Vasquez remix state. Such recordings could bring a new light on the record. The original This Is My House (with Carmen's vocals but, assumedly, pre-Cohen) gives a pretty neat idea of what it could have been.
