In pictures of her does she have a deformed wrist or a scar? with a broken wrist, either you let it heal naturally which leaves a deformity or you get an operation which leaves a sizable scar (one resembling a suicide attempt and somewhat hard to completely conceal with makeup-) . I have broken my wrist from falling while skating like I said and it needed surgery to avoid deformity. The doctor gave me a choice between scar or deformity. My scar is three inches long. Natalie Wood, the actress, choose no operation when she broke her wrist 60 years ago; subsequently, it was deformed and in all of her movies she wore clunky bracelets to cover her wrist. BTW, in a recent post on JJ's twitter feed, someone was ripping her a new one for her Milli vanilli statement about the Revolution, she chimed in that " Sometimes, I can be too much...". Remember someone on this thread reported that JJ was saying years ago, that Prince was only good BECAUSE of Wendy and Lisa" in those earlier posts of hers. I take what she says with a grain of salt--especially when she is upset and I give Prince the benefit of the doubt..seeing as there are no witnesses or explanation for this broken wrist she supposedly obtained. BY the way, I couldn't use my right hand for a month and had to have a cast (even with the surgery...without surgery, it is longer). I am still healing and I broke it in late February (I can use it and there is no cast but I can't put weight on it without it hurting.)

She is the only woman, to my knowledge, to accuse Prince of putting a hand on her. She has some mental instability, which is not laughing matter. My understanding is that her mother was physically and sexually abusive toward her. She has also been suicidal. Brownmark said in some odd interview about Prince's sin caught up with him or something like that through his death. I also heard rumor too that Prince kicked Jill Jones in the head before. And also it said in books that Prince kicked Brownmark too when he messed up, and I hate to say this but I laughed because Brownmark was taller than Prince and could had easily took him out.

But since his death, Jill and Wendy and Brownmark have been supportive of Prince. Wendy even sang happy birthday to him like couple week ago. If a man put me to the hospital or was abusive toward me, I don't give a shit if he was dead, I wouldn't celebrate him but I wouldn't badmouthed him either publicly. So yeah since I wasn't there I don't know what to say. Yeah Prince was a complicated guy and the relationships reflected that.

No one said that prince was perfect. It still doesn't prove he was violent. 2 out of the 3 sources are proven liars. The other one I have no idea.

I never liked him striking Apollonia in Purple Rain. Always bothered me having the actual physicality of him doing that on film captured. That acting I didn’t like.

Yeah I agree but I wish that there was some character condemn Prince for his way of treating women or an anti-domestic message in the movie too but then again this was in 1983/84 way before the me too movement. The movie's message sort of make it out to be okay for Prince acted that way and plus others who treated women too.

I also tried to separate Prince the actor vs Prince the real person. That is why sometimes I like Under the Cherry Moon better because it shows Prince campy and light side.

I didn't pay attention to whom I was talking to. I paid attention to the content. Why did you post commonly known rumors, statements, and facts about Prince on a site like this. Most of us have read this stuff already. Did you not think anyone would respond? BUt I will be sure to avoid you from now on. I wasn't baiting. I was making a point that there are two sides to every story. I have no idea what to think about Jill. All people deserve the benefit of the doubt especially if no proof is available other than one-sided accounts. I get holding back if you don't want the backlash (and just saying a simple-- I am sad he died and what a talent). Jill however has been a mass of contradictions where Prince is concerned. Hating on him publically 10 years ago, loving on him a year before he died and saying that she was so upset when he died that she threw up and saying he was well-raised, stating years ago that P was nothing without Wendy and Lisa, stating recently that the Revolution were a "milli Vanilli" band and that P did everything......that goes beyond trying to avoid backlash. Its confusing. LIke I said, I dont know what to think about these extreme statements made about him in regard to her and coming from her. Mayte denied this claims, that's what this thread is about. And she was with him for ten years, do you think he would've never beat her up if these claims were true? If he really was that violent there's no chance he could keep it together for ten years.

I think you missed my point. If Prince was as violent as other people claim, there's no way Mayte would've denied Sinead's claims and she didn't speak for Wendy, she said it in general. You said in your previous post that no one denied Sineads claims and that's not true. I was just responding to that.

And you know what, if what Sinead claimed was true, why doesn't Wendy at least tell the truth now?Wether it happened or not, she should speak up.
