It seems like it might be an older photo. Here is the close-up shot again. Not only is the photo of Andy an addition, but there is also a plaque that was not there before hung nearby.

Yep. It appears that the planets and other imagery were painted over or they are projections.Interesting. People that toured PP said that the room was dimly lit and they couldn't really see the photo that well and that it looked personal. Maybe he put it up while they were together and decided to leave it. No one said anything about seeing it during the PPAD events in 2013-15 though so it may have been a more recent addition.

I think the celestial images are projected. And, it does seem personal, unlike the giant murials and posters that cover many of the walls of Paisley Park. In terms of lighting, I hear that there is a purple light trained on it. Looks like Prince had a lilac/purple candle near it. Now, because of the fire hazard posed by candles, real candles are not used at PP. So, I would guess that they probably use an artificial candle to illuminate that corner.

She responded to a woman who commented during Music Monday that she saw the photo at Paisley and told her that Prince must have loved her very much. Andy posted "And I him." With a That was the only time I saw her respond.

I thought so too! Someone else asked if she had written many songs about him and she replied that she had probably written too many and added a . He must have really inspired her.I believe at the end of her letter to him,she did say that he was a muse.

I saw that in her love letter to him. Reading that was bittersweet. It must have been a nice change for Prince to actually be the muse, whereas heretofore, he was usually the one writing songs about others.

True. I thought that was sweet. She did finally admit that most of her songs since meeting him were inspired by him and their time together. She said that she thought most people "got that."

I know. People who worked with him said that they would lose track of time in PP because of the lack of windows and no clocks that were visible. The Galaxy room (did he name it that?) looks like a place that he would go and chill for a while. Looks like a relaxing place.
