There's another new song on youtube that I believe was played at her show with Judith Hill a month or so ago that sounds really good. Looking forward to her releasing an album but I think she may be trying to build up a fan base before hand, which is probably smart if she's staying away from major labels.

I like her voice and the song too. I can’t remember a time when The Beatles music wasn’t in my life, as my eldest sibling loves their music too. I used to think I was a diehard fan, til I met some real diehards at record fairs.

I've still got a huge soft spot for Paul too with several of his old albums kicking about the house, though alas, unlike the blackbird, I don’t have Wings.

Paul and Stevie Wonder are both very special to me. No doubt I won't be able to articulate why very well. Best I can do is to say that, asides from writing so many songs that connect with me, they could make a joyful sound with some fantastic melodies (without them seeming cheesy, well to me at least).

I can get that same joy by listening to old jazz records by say Ella Fitzgerald or Ray Charles, and I can get it from old gospel music too, but it's unusual for me to feel that way when I listen to 'pop' music. I love their music, and I guess that a lot of it just resonates with me. They've certainly given me a lot of joy, since I was a little boy. I suppose Michael must have had some of that magic dust of joy too.

It was moving to see how deeply Stevie loves Prince in his interview. It was hard to watch, and I felt for him.

I feel the same- The Beatles music seems like the fabric to life- songs that are just a part of the world .

Stevie Wonder too again has music that seems a fabric to my life and his love for Prince is so touching. Stevie's music so unique and when you hear it you know it is him. We have been blessed with these great musicians and lyricists.

Anyway, I'm glad to see it in this forum where it belongs. Another great song from Natalya! I can't wait to see what else she has in store. The lyrics ring Princey to me.
