Really? I'm always fascinated about persepctions; because when I look at them, I saw two regular people (i.e. not stars posing for a photo opt) actually enjoying each others company. A couple that looks like they actually have a relationship and a connection, and who actually share silly, moments that just the two of them are privy to. I see a bond of a couple not father and daughter, or superstar and muse, superstar and fan. But who of us really knows?

I think his sartorial choices were due to JW not Manuela. He started wearing suits, nothing over-the-top, everything was more polished. Manuela however dressed differently before Prince and after Prince. I could write a book on why I don't care for her but this picture is lovely! I haven't seen it before. Thanks for sharing. Susu1976, I think that's a good observation about his fashion choices because, based on seeing JWs in the community, they do seem to value the conservative business-type suit look for men and women. I'm not sure it's an exclusively JW thing though; living in Philly, I can say that many Black men, especially middle-aged and older, often wear suits to church on Sundays. (I had to look up the meaning of sartorial, I'm not sure I've heard it before; I learned a new word today!)
