thanks for pointing that out about her strong personality. On twitter. she lays into people when their political beliefs offend her and she is passionate and seems short tempered, i dont think she is consumed with all-consuming, uncontrollable

unresolved prince issues or still suffering from his "abuse" , i think she just has a blunt, emotional personality and a cynical and ambitious side.

I think he found a NEW way of being intimate that was about heart to heart connection rather than

Bodily function.

I am even inclined to believe that THEY were pushing for some kind of Physical connection with him

and he was reluctant.

I almost compare what I think of many around Prince during that time, especially Jill though who knows we dont know her in person. But I look at it like how Radio and Tv host Eddie Trunk calls out BS on people especially one of his favorite bands KISS. He lobbied for them to get into the Hall Of Fame, but feels the way they acted about it, the things they do (Paul and Gene) how they interview, their opinions etc...he basically has called them the biggest assholes on earth to the way they run the business and condcut themselves.

Bria seems to be the last serious GF/relationship Prince had--at least, out in the public eye. She ended up marrying a JW. I don't think she wanted to be famous or life that rock-n-roll lifestyle.

I think Prince realized later in life what he had been missing all of those years -- a real, deep, spiritual connection with someone. I think he was very attracted to Tamron Hall, because she was very smart and intellectual. Like you said, as we age, sex is not really at the forefront of our lives; we grow and learn what is more important. I think when Prince was young, it was all about sexual gratification and lust. When you have that emotional bond with someone; all the other stuff (sex) is just icing on the cake, so-to-speak. At least, from my life experiences.

That might be a problem when going for the young and/or naive ones. However, he had a natural orphan detector, he'd find the ones who had been abandoned in a way, just like he had been, and then he'd play mother/father/brother/sister. That's how he bonded.

Yes,he introduced her during the interview with Ebony in 2010 as his girlfriend.She seemed to enjoy traveling with him and attending events but she didn't seem to want to be an entertainer or famous,I agree.

Interesting.Vanity described him in an interview the same way.She said he was very nurturing and loved to take care of her.I don't know about the other ladies he had around him but his last girlfriends seemed to come from healthy family backgrounds but perhaps you don't necessarily mean orphaned or abandoned by a father or mother.
