Create a topic about his book if you choose. This should stay about Apollonia

I thought she said back then that he did not know how to kiss.
And I know I remember, that most of what I read about Apollonia for some years after 1984 was that she called Prince a tyrant.
This was a great scene though

This painting someone did back then. It was funny because before I saw this one, I had a dream a bunch of Prince fans were outside of a place to remember Prince and I saw him descend into the crowd. People couldn't see him. But he was floating like in the picture, but skipping and dancing around wispering to people.

I forgot that she had been posting about him before he died and saw him at Paisley. I am still annoyed by the mysterious prince death crap, but I don't take that other stuff she is saying about Prince all that seriously. I think she and he were possibly just flirting, playing off the PR image and goofing around as old friends..being a bit nostalgic...Unless she writes a book that has her in a full blown affair with him, I don't know if there is much to get upset about other than the part of about 'heads' rolling and her knowing a few things about his death (but you have to read to find out). That shit is annoying and a bit cruel.

. That was nice of her to say those things about Denise & Prince.
She's so fake! It really seems like she hated Denise! In one interview she says she never knew her, only met her once (despite several pics together) and the Purple camp never discussed her after she left. In the second interview she shares a laugh about her drug addiction (which she brought up but the interviewer refers to as crawling on the floor looking for crack, with her giggling saying,"You said it not me") how people, mistaking her for Denise, were saying they'd heard she found Christ to which she says, "I never knew he was lost!" Actually I think she made that joke in two interviews. The third interview I watched (all on YouTube, all which sounds pretty recent) she really goes in when the interviewer asks how it felt to be playing someone else in the movie and in the music. She clarified she was nothing like her! She doesn't say things like "I need 7 inches or more" nor does the same things in her "personal life like drugs." Next she blamed Denise for her career difficulties because people wouldn't hire her because they thought SHE was on drugs or had heard she came to a meeting with a Bible and then wait... she proceeds to tell the interviewer how she had to get a RESTRAINING order against her! That she came to her house talking about Jesus and she was SCARED of her!!!! Some sisterhood!!! I ain't f¥©king just for kicks!

Well, at least Mayte had fans on here to back her up when she announced she'd be releasing her book. I don't see as much support for Ap-Baloney. If her editor comes on here, he might want to consider whether it is worth writing a book for the few fans who kiss her ass. Maybe starting with a couple of hundred books would be safer at the moment. If there is need for more, hoping the few that would sell won't end up in the library, they can always publish some more. But, at this juncture, I am skeptic about the future of this publication.

Much respect to all -but Dez is the one who dissed Denise for having so much time with Prince and influence so yes he would call her Yoko Ono and anything name to suit a person he felt was influencing Prince in a way he did not agree with. .
Denise was not crazy when with Prince on drugs. She worked years after she left Prince. However she did admit she did get to the point she was "crazy" as you worded it. She did not stay that way. . Denise owned her demons and it is wonderful to see just how much she changed from that drug addicted person to a woman who transformed lives and helped others who like she needed help. THAT is why aashe was special and she and Apples were friends once they both "grew up". They had their bad days but those were over - they were friends. . Denise did not stayed locked up in the 80s. She was not bad mouthing anyone publicly at all and it is interesting that cannot be said about others speaking of her. . Denise was a special soul who loved her God and others. She touched and had a hand in transforming many lives.

These weren't interviews from the 80's or 90's, these are recent! Plastic surgery face recent. Hey for me gloves off when you speak that way about someone that's turned their life around. I can only imagine how difficult it was to break those habits! For her to insult her at every turn IS hateful! I ain't f¥©king just for kicks!
