He did that to so many women who eventually ended up psychos. Like finding a purple stone in the middle of Africa and thinking it was a sign of Prince. Really? This is my normal life. These marital standards cannot be recreated with money.

. Yes, I remember that. I don't want to discredit what Apples is saying because we really have no way of knowing. I think she is legit. . The fact that Prince was speaking to her in the final years of his life, says a lot about whom he trusted. He didn't talk to people he didn't care about.

See, this is where we diverge, Cloveringold dear. Anybody can claim to have been close, defend him, and say that they were in touch. I simply don't believe her. I think she wants a share of the limelight while she can. That one shiny moment under PR is long gone but she acts as if she is entitled to a certain standard because of it. Like all of women he encountered, he seems to have moved on to the next one leaving the previous one hurt to the point of despair and mental health as it is. This is my normal life. Then, read the narrative before replying or simply shut up! Damn! Already. ——The narrative that is out there is bullshit. If you want to believe bullshit then go ahead. It is stupid at this point to get salty with associates who have been telling us from day one that we do not know the whole story. They are going to say what they want to say and you need to deal with it.

What does Apples writing a book have to do with despair and mental health? What on earth are you babbling on about? She wants to write an autobiography and he was a person that she knew. You sound like someone who is in despair. [Edited 2/20/18 14:31pm]

Which narrative is bullshit? I thought you were refering to this thread. Anyways, you are saying that an associate claiming to know the whole story is telling the truth because of...?
I can deal with the truth at anytime as long as it is reliable and valid via proof. Anything that is not is ...bullshit. This is my normal life. These marital standards cannot be recreated with money.

Woah, where's the name calling, the cussing, the put downs, the screaming about someone writing a book about him? So you are ok with Apples doing it, but not Mayte?

She can write her autobiography and is protected by the 1st amendment by doing so. At least, you will be buying her book and I will congratulate you on that. I think she is a lunatic who disgusts me whether you like it or not.

. We will have to agree to disagree. Am I a "dear"? . When you group all of Prince's women together, Apples is pretty low on the list with regard to riding his coattails. I have not seen that. She was cast as Prince's girl in PR, and I think that's a pretty big deal, given all the success that it had. . I do agree with you on how Prince hurt a lot of the women he was with and obviously scarred/emotionally-damaged them for life. To be a love interest of Prince, you definitely need a heart of steel. My first boyfriend was a lot like Prince, and he hurt me really bad. I know the type. .

. Yes, she's very pretty. I remember her from GH and she's been in some TV movies recently.

I remember podcast with Jill Jones where she mentions that she and some of the other ladies from the Purple Rain era met up and talked with Prince after Vanity's funeral. I can't remember if Appolonia was one of the ladies there. Does anyone know? Also the "This Could Be Us" picture from PR may have been done just as a promotion by WB for the Purple Rain anniversary.

You know what's funny? The only good thing about Apples announcing her book is that it shows us the hypocrites on here that were very fast to name call Mayte for writing her book. But different from Apples, Mayte didn't go on social media and said: "Well, I know what happened to Prince but you gotta buy my book to find it out." That's what Apples does here.
Now, I don't mind Apples writing the book, but she lost me by doing the exact same thing Tyka did. She knows that we want to know what really happened, or what at least lead to Prince's supposed pain killer addiction. If she really knows the answers, she should say it in an interview and not say: "It's going to be in my book."
Apples'll be among others who say they know the truth but only give it to you if you pay for it. And I highly doubt that what she says in her book is the truth.

What about Mayte's book was slanderous? You claimed you read it but your comments about the book make it look like you didn't. Literally everything you said about the book was not true. Just like that comment.

Of all the weird stuff that prince has done that made me scratch my head...if he was really romantically involved with Apollonian at the time of his death, it would be at the very tippy top of his weird pile...she is not the sharpest tool...and she could really really use an episode of "what not to wear", sorry that was not very nice...
