I heard him sing when NPG performed at The Dakota during Superbowl week. Really good voice, a great addition to the group.

Yeah,looks like Kathy Jensen.I saw that they also played at the tribute show in Minneapolis.The saxophonist does look like Roy Agee.

Roy Agee plays trombone but I don't know for sure if he plays sax. I do know many of the NPG members do play more than one instrument. It is so thrilling each time I see or hear of an NPG member doing something we do not typically see or know of them doing. I have been fortunate to meet and speak with Roy Agee twice back during the holidays when he played with some local funk acts here in Nashville that I went to see. He's such a sweetheart and very comical!

Yes Roy is one of the NPG members that I'm fortunate to hopefully see more of! He actually resides here in Nashville. He jams or records with a host of musicians here in town that I've heard of and some that I had not heard of til I started looking at his career. It is through him that I've learned about many of the funk, jazz, and big band groups here in music city that I otherwise wouldl not know about. He's an avid hugger and if you ever get to see him be prepared to be hugged!

Very cool! A few months back someone posted an interview with Joey Rayfield and he told a hilarious story about Roy meeting Prince for the first time at PP.He sounds like a lot of fun to be around!
