I'm amazed by the lack of reaction round these parts for this. Just hope they don't start giving them prince songs from the vault to do instead of releasing them as Prince recorded them. I wouldn't put anything past Tyka or the rest. They don't come across as the smartest people in the world. |

I'm not saying Tyka is up to something, I'm saying from what family members are doing so far with this and the father project, and some of the interviews i have seen, its concerning to me that they will get full power to do with princes stuff whatever they want! Time will tell of course. |

I like the song featuring Marcus Anderson and I think Song for Pam with their drummer Vanessa Dominique sounds pretty nice but I'm disappointed with the rest. I feel they should have left Revelation alone as well. [Edited 2/4/18 9:11am] | |

I am side eyeing Marva because when I was checking out trademarks she applied for The New Power Generation trademark in January 2017 with purple and gold lettering (and abandoned in October 2017). Can’t figure out why she thought she would be entitled to a well known Prince trademark? | |

I don’t get why they would want to use a name so close to an already existing and touring name of another P linked band. If only the family/estate spent as much time and energy trying to preserve Prince’s real musical legacy, instead of pure exploitation. | |

The font and style of "NPS" looks like it should be the logo for a carwash or something.  Yeggghhhh.BUT WORST OF ALL, is if you head to their website and look at Marva's arm where her silver chain ends, it's chopped off and replaced by another arm that's not even lined up properly AT ALL!!!! WTF . <3 Prince <3

No original thoughts from anyone surrounding this project. 😠| |

Apparently there is something on E-Bay about an offer to pay to have a private show with this band, meet sibs and have a private tour of Paisley Park.
I hope Omarr puts this sort of energy into getting the vault music out. | |
