Apparently the filing is linked on a Facebook page. I will see if I can get it. I suspect she wants to use it to make money. I just hope it would be for charity purposes but in the end she is still trying to ride off of Prince's name.

I feel sorry for him because he just had bad taste with the women he married.

From the looks of that TM, it seems like she's going to do SOMETHING involving merch (and Prince). It's hard to guess at specifics, I'd think you'd file this for any TM you own regardless of what the end result/product is. Could be anything from simply physical products to a non-profit that you'd sell merch to support.
