I am new here but i heard this song on Discog thru You Tube and felt in love with it. I know Mazarati III was never issued but was this song ever released as a single? Tryng to find a Mazarati 2 CD is like pulling teeth and expensive but it's not just for the music. As a "Muscle Car" guy i truly love the front cover or for a better term "Art Work".

I've found that song on YT and have no idea where it comes from. I doubt a third album was even attempted since the second one was only released in limited numbers in Canada, but who knows. That song was never released as far as I know. Could be an outtake from one of the existing albums maybe, or? I hope someone can shed some lights on its origins.

I looked at the track listing of Mazarati & Mazarati 2 and the song Infactuation was not on either album.

I looked on the Vault and couldn't locate a second Mazarati album. What are the Prince songs on it?

None. Brownmark took Mazarati with him to Motown to release their second album. Bernadette Cooper (Klymaxx) produced the album's singles.

I just saw a un-offical CD of Mazarati (probably a CD-R) go for around $160.00 on eBay. Why dont they get it together and re-release the entire Paisly Park cataloque. In the mean time Motown (i think they are owned by Capitol Records now) could release the Mazarati 2 CD and make $$$$$ on it as used copies are going for $368.00 ++ I just dont get it.

Everyone did: Motown didn't want Mazarati and only signed them to please Mark. Since they had no interest in the album, they just gave it a limited release in Canada. Most people only heard about it years later, from the internet.

Interesting, good job. Sounds like outtakes from the first album (which would be in tune to Infatuation's sound). I never knew there were other outtakes than the Prince tracks. Have to put my hands on those
