hi, dahlings!

i recently acquired a few more videos 2 add along 2 my p collection--namely, some vanity/apollonia 6 videos. up till now, the only video i've seen from any configuration of that whole fling is "nasty girl" (which i haven't seen 4 goin on 14 years and still don't have ) so this is a very nice surprise. here's my outlook on all the vids, startin with v6:

"nasty girl"--don't remember much, 'cept when they went behind those little changing booths or sumfin towards the end of the video

"drive me wild"--susan in footie pajamas ...also, the little party-thing at the end, and big chick all dressed up in that mask & a cape. odd.


apples n'them:

"sex shooter"--"damn musicians!!" and that one part where apples taps her fingers on that cymbal...oh gawd and i so want boots like susan had on!!!


...all mindless, fluffy purple cheese, and i loves it. your thoughts?

My friend and fellow Prince fan has a video of Vanity/Apollonia 6 stuff including some promo stuff Apollonia 6 did in Mexico. It only has the Nasty Girl video.Haven't seen it yet though. Is this the same as yours?

nasty girl- it's alright. I too, haven't seen this in a while

drive me wild-Llove it, especially how the 12" version was used.

he's so dull-This is my fav from V6, love the ending, lol

sex shooter-okay, haven't seen it since '84, so I don't remember much, lol

I'm gonna add my take on some of their solo videos:

Vanity: Pretty Mess- The song's awful, and the video, oh lawd,

Vanity: Under the infulence- One of her best vocal perfomrances, IMHO. Video's pretty cool too. Think I'm gonna take it out and watch it now.

Apollonia: Since I fell for you- The song's okay, video's okay, nothing too outstanding there. I like her outfits
