I do not have to try and when she tried to sell some of his stuff a few months before he died he sent a cease and desist letter and the stuff was pulled off.

You do realize he was getting his own museum off the ground so he might have had a problem with what she was doing. All of this was already discussed on this board months ago.

The only thing in the thread is Omarr being supportive. Nothing about Tyka except her shoutout to Kat Graham who was critical of Mayte's book. I even commented on this topic that we have not one shread of proof that the Nelson's other than Omarr are supportive of Mayte. What Penny has to say about it on that thread means nothing and quite frankly if all of the Nelson's were supportive it would have no bearing on my opinion about that book.

If you really think a private person like Prince would have been okay with Mayte using their dead son to make buck then you are free to belive it. Because even if he was okay with it I would still see it as tacky. I hope my comments give you some much needed clarity.

Now you claiming she making money with their baby??????? The book is called "My life with Prince" Not, my life as Amirs mother!!! And you just admitted that you have a personal problem with her, because first you said, it's not okay because he was against it. You are telling something you cannot prove as you do not know what legal notice Mayte received and maybe are going by what she has said on it which means nothing.

I am going by the fact that if she was not included in the C&D she would have taken it somewhere else and tried to sell it rather then try to hock it on Facebook. I am also going by the fact that Prince had sent C&D to stop these auctions in the past and even discussed people stealing stuff from him on the George Lopez show.

She had to throw in the details about the baby even get the book deal. So yes she used that tradegy to get the deal and to sell the book while Prince never so much as mentioned anything about it.

That cease and desist was for Owens stuff, not Maytes, she was just a casuality in the entire ordeal because her stuff was linked together by the auction house in 1 lot. Again, your opinion is not fact it is simply an opinion that you push as fact.
