What ever happened to the NPG form "Diamonds and Pearls" and "(Love Symbol)" I know that Michael Bland and Tommy barbarella stayed with Prince untill 1996 but what about the rest of them ?

Uh...ok. Not hard if anyone's paid any attention to Prince.

So Tommy (keys), Michael (drums), Morris (keys), and Sonny (bass) were with him through the 90s. Sonny even played with him when he did the Today Show around Chaos and Disorder, just before Emancipation. Rhonda or Kat Tyson was with him by the point, too. Morris & Kirk were with him beyond that. Kirk was always around because we know he was remixing a few songs (Purple Medley) after there were no more game boyz. Rosie left because he wasn't helping her the way he promised, and she became frustrated with it. I would have liked to have heard her sing on songs, though.

Sonny and Michael have played together ever since at Bunkers, etc. Prince even called them back for 3121 stuff.

And yes, they are playing together again. They played at some tribute for him, too. They have a YouTube channel with rehearsals. Levi, Tommy, Kirk, Damon, Tony, Michael B., Morris, NPG Hornz, & other are part of it.

I know Levi was with Sounds Of Blackness for some time, I saw them live with him in 97 or 98 (can't remember the exact year). He also released an album with some dude named Ric Alexander in 2010 https://store.cdbaby.com/...derseacer. I don't know what he did in between or since.

In the late 90's, Michael and Sonny recorded and toured for some time with French singer France Gall, then with French jazz player Michel Portal. They've probably done a lot of things ever since but I can't recall any of them right now.

Rosie Gaines released several solo albums after leaving Prince's camp in 1994, some on labels then some directly thru her own website, several of which contained Prince-related tracks. Last I've heard she wazs broke and homeless

Tony was featured on the Hoop Dreams soundtrack in 1994 before he retired from the music industry. I believe he's an exec in some non-music related company now.

Kirk remained a member of P's band for a much longer while and, among other music project, released an album with his band Funky Bald Heads in 2001, that includes a Prince cameo.

I have no idea what Tommy and Damon have been up to ever since.

I'm sure I've read the occasional news about all of them on the Org and forgot about it. Search past threads, or Discogs for collaborations and credits.
