BillS	The late summer - fall shows at Jazz Alley Maceo starts his 4 day 6 show run tomorrow in Seattle. Im going Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Greg Boyer said he is coming again to do the shows. Maceo and Boyer battling is great. In a few weeks it's Pee Wee Ellis and Fred Wesley. Sacred is the prayer that asks 4 nothing While seeking 2 give thanks 4 every breath we take

Last time Maceo was here, Dennis Chambers was in the Drum Chair!!! Got to meet both Mr. Parker (He even autographed My Book) & Mr. Chambers!! The next night was D'Angelo & The Vanguard!!

Sadly no Dennis Chambers because I think he is touring right now with Victor Wooten (who is coming to Seattle soon).

It was a pretty typical Maceo show. He plays a pre-recorded version of 1999 to start his shows these days.

I love Maceo's version of Baby Knows. For me its the highlight of the show most of the time.

Greg Boyer seemed a little out of it or something. He spent more time off the stage than on. Not sure what that was about.
