Well I just saw a snippet on the news about Tommy getting in trouble again. I hope it has nothing to do with Mayte

I guess something is going on with the kid that drowned at his house a while back.
Nothing to do with Mayte...

I think tommy is being sued by the parents of the boy who died. They claim he should have been the one who should have been watching their boy and instead was talking to his therapist. -Dean is the cheese to my macaroni-

I read it was his life coach.

I heard he was just watching his own kids.
See, so many stories. But he really should have had more supervision at this party. He'll have to live with it the rest of his life. So sad.

Well if I asked, I guess I do...and since October of 2002, an album was supposed to be in the works, which is what leads me to wonder, what's up?

Nothing to do with Mayte... Yes, that's true. It´s big in the media here in Austria / Germany as the boy's mother is a well known german actress. She wants 50 million dollars from Tommy Lee and if she wins wants to give the money to charity With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

If she wins and gives it to charity that would be thoughtful... He should have had the proper supervision at the party.

The parents were aware that the child was going to this party and he went with his nanny. There were plenty of adults there and not only that but the parents said that the boy had a fear of water and they let him go anyway and didnt bother to mention that to anyone. If anyone should be sued it should be the nanny that was hired to watch the child in the first place. Just my He calls me "Holi" cuz he says everyday w/ me is like a Holiday...

In that case then there shouldn't be any suit. Thanks for the info luv! You know I stick up for my man whenever possible

She claims that she had passed the responsibility to Tommy Lee's people. Also the child's mother says that she had not been informed that it was a pool party and that she wouldn't have let her son go if she had known that. A nanny shouldn't pass the responsibility to anyone, she's the friggin nanny. It's her job to take care of the kid.

My guess is that NO ONE REALLY KNOWS what happened to Mayte and her career at this point, or some just don't care. Okay, thank you people, thank you very much.

I was under the impression that the boy's parents were at the party, then left their son under the care of a babysitter once they decided to leave. Although I believe Lee should have maybe have had his pool monitred more effectively- I also am wondering why the little boy's nanny wasn't able to prevent this tragic accident from happening (since that's one of the things she's paid for). I wonder where she was when the accident happened...In the first place, for the parents to have even left their child in an environment where they personally could not monitor his safety (in the vicinity of a large pool) is a starnge notion to me. I wonder if a jury would find that the parents share liabilty in this tragedy because of negligent behavior of some sort. Any way you slice it, this sure is a sad story for everyone involved.
