I just want to say that since the death of the MAN we all have in common. However we view or viewed him. Regardless of what we think about the circumstances surrounding his death. This MAN was a wizard of words, a balm of sound. Whatever we think about those around him in the past or at the time of his death. Today I received bad news about my greatest ever friend. A journey to come of pain and finality. Weeks not months. After tears and tantrums I switched the music on.

Like past hurts and past troubled times I have taken, solace, grief and hope from both the music and lyrics of this MAN. I thank him for giving me respite, hope and a shared feeling of understanding.

We are all gathered here to get through this thing called life. Whether we are believers in God or not. In this music, there is comfort for every emotion. I thank him for that.

The precious soul of Prince has held my hand all of my memorable life. Let's not disrespect the memory of the man who through his music bared his soul. Some of us do not understand it yet.

Today I tiptoed on the same page as this great. I feel blessed he is on my radar.

What I didnt say in my previous post ( I feel so emotional). Is that I loved him. I say this in the way I loved him. It might not be the way you loved him or the way others loved him. Is there a wrong or right way? Like I love my friend. At times she really pissed me off. I loved her. Might those saying stuff about Prince be in the same place as me?. We made mistakes did stuff that hurt.

Today its irrelevant. She is my good friend. I want to do the right thing. I hope the people saying stuff about Prince are in the same place as me.
