which prince tribute singers most closely match princes vocal quality i've only listened to a few prince tributes, so from what i've heard, the ones who have come closest to having moments of sounding a lot like prince's voice on certain songs are: bilal, g sharp, and kip blackshire. i also like covers of prince that sound totally different from princes voice, but just curious if youve noticed any particular singers who sound like prince. thanks. flowing through the veins of the tree of life...purplemaplesyrup | |

Check out the song "Do Anything" by Natural Selection. I heard it on the radio a few years ago and I thought it was Prince. Mind you, it sounds more like "Prince-on-auto-pilot" than the real thing but give it a listen and see what you think. Also, some of D'Angelo's songs are very Prince-esque. Especially Untitled and Sugah Daddy. | |
