After the man died, many magazines that hadn't done an article on Prince in years did a special addition that they profited from. Many of these "keepsakes" had so many errors that even someone like myself could see that they were hastily put together. Given the fact that so many have made a profit from a man they hardly knew, I am glad that a woman that not only knew him but knew many of the people that performed with him is writing about him. Yes, I think it is quite alright that she profit from her book. There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin. | |
