I saw the Jets live in Merrillville Indiana with Nu Shooz. I was a teenager and could never make it far enough to a Prince concert at that time, living in rural Indiana. I had no idea at the time how deep the Prince connection was to the Jets. No wonder I liked them. smile

I'm pretty sure The Jets recorded some of their second album at Paisley Park (the one with "Rocket 2 U").

The video for the first single "I Do You" was filmed at Paisley Park.

Anyone notice the similarity to Madonna's Papa Don't Preach? Stephen Bray

He also wrote and produced Angel and Into the Groove for Madonna as well

as Cross My Broken Heart and Sending All My Love for The Jets.
