He did not give us anything. I would give more credit to Owen Hunsey and Chris Moon. Even Berndette Andersen did more than this guy.

As he explains in the interview, he doesn't believe that without him Prince wouldn't have been successful. You can give someone an opportunity, you can't give them a career as illustrious and prolific as Prince's. Prince did that himself. But Pepé does have a right to discuss his truth and contribution. He also discusses other things within the interview including his career especially in part 3 coming up, with his grammy nominated group 94 east.

He has been talking about it for 30 years and using his association with Prince to make a living without actually having done much himself. I believe Prince was not even speaking to him anymore.
