WTF was that. It just seems like some short clips from Purple Rain and a lot of shots of fan singing and dancing. I suppose nothing wrong with it, but just boring and seems pointless. I would rather just watch Prince. There's not even any commentary or point of view..Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

This is beautiful..but so hard to watch too. I love the beginning with Prince and Apollonia... a really tender moment...her tears really tell it all... so hard to then see then see the film go to fans and pictures paying tribute (still hard to believe it is real)....

Thanks for sharing this bittersweet tribute. Prince brought so much joy to this world. That's why his passing cuts like a knife.

Equally amusing is her recollection of recording Throwing Muses’ debut album as teenagers. Apparently, they shared a studio with Apollonia Kotero, a back up singer for Prince, who would leave her lyrics in the studio over night (there’s an entire version of the album which has Apollonia lyrics)

Anyone who has heard the early Throwing Muses stuff can appreciate how surreal it would be to hear any of their songs with the lyrics to Apollonia's album on it
