She was not Vanity yet when she was nude and getting it on with that gorilla in that movie. She even told Dave Letterman she was ok with getting naked. Most every compliment I read about her, other than people talking about how beautiful she was, people were saying she was a very sweet person. She had the most beautiful smile, too. I watched a couple of her sermons. She was like an entirely different person. I enjoyed watching them. Even though I was sad for what she endured in life that hurt her so bad, I feel so happy for her knowing that she left this world devoted to God. | |

Even in the podcast Jill Jones said she was not vain but a really sweet person.
I believe she was and what a trailblazer- pop stars to this day copy her template .

She was a very sweet person and I miss her dearly. I talked to her a few months before she passed and I remember telling her that I just called to tell her that I loved her. Believe it or not, I still have her number in my phone and can't bring myself to erase it. I miss my Mama Denise. | |

it was such a great campy mini-series, it one of Vanity's best roles, and Joan Rivers and Donald Trump had small parts in it 
I give it a 4.5 out of 5 
one of the best Jackie Collins books and mini-series
