Another associate's opinion about Mayte & her book

I do agree to disagree...but at least give the book a chance before you criticize it.ll.if you read the book and have an educated honest opinion of it, and it's negative, I can't fault you for that and I'd respect it. To knock something that you haven't had a chance to read...that's tough for me....I hated the movie the Big Lebowski, before I saw it..and after I saw it, I loved it......read the book without prejudice and then make a decision. That's all I'm saying.

Can she be more transparent as for the content of the book? Without disclosing it all, she could give a hint leading even haters to want to know more? That could help.

This is my normal life. These marital standards cannot be recreated with money.

At this point she can't, but she stated it was a love story. There is going to be nothing in the book that tarnishes his image....she would never do that to a man who was the father of their child. She has a story before and after him too that is going to make some of your head spin...

Vashtix	I cannot even entertain to purchase or even read the book out of respect for Prince. The whole book thing saddens me and I have lost a lot of faith in mankind just seeing this book and other things going on since he died by those who "loved" him.

Yup...always got my friends back....you should learn something about that.

What's next, "I'm made of rubber, you're made of glue..."? You really do Mayte more of a disservice by popping up on every message board to attempt to insult the very people that she is counting on to purchase the book. That means he wouldn't care if people would write books, sell, because guess what he is not here seeing or hearing all of this.

Some of these fake ass holier than thou associates need to chill and stop trying to ridicule and dictate others from speaking out their history with Prince, good, bad, or whatever.

I am no longer going to express my frustration about Mayte as of now. I will give it another try by buying her book and read her story. My change of heart stems from a good advocacy in her behalf as well as being able to explain my reasons for disapproving of her I mentions and not being fond of her personality in a direct manner with the right people involved. I will make an effort thereafter.

And I do not see the sin in wanting to provide those of us who are curious about Prince a glimpse into his life. He was an international super star, and I'd like to know how they lived day to day. If she makes a buck or two, that's cool with me. wink

The thing is there are people who were around that "love story" and they will come out too with truths. Sad how Prince worked himself to death and all these peeps feel entitled.They weren't the genius, they just road his coattails.
