It's ok to criticize associates as long as you stay away from W/L, Susannah and to a certain extent Eric Leeds, Susan Rogers and Alan Leeds. That's org rule number 1.

I've been talking to Jill in private about this.

Her and OF4S will be talking privately to resolve the issue. She has apologised for doing this in public and said she appreciates the site a lot.
