Dez Reflects on the Prince's Spirituality, Politics & Sense of Humor

Been combing the search box all morning and have not seen where this interview with Dez was posted here on the org. This is an interview he did with The Hollwood Reporter on 4/22/16. I have ordered his book this week and was curious what he may have said. This was a good interview/article ...

I was friends with him on facebook. I actually had to defriend him. He's got a hard-on for talking smack and letting everyon know just how right wing he is. I couldn't take it. Some people have a more healthy response to christianity, I must say.

He was good at the Revolution shows, and I do want to read his book.

I also dropped him on Facebook because of the political noise. It got on my nerves. My views are more like those expressed by André Cymone. I still appreciate Dez's musical talent. And I have his book, but I haven't read it yet.

That's interesting. I read in Alan Light's book that Dez was quite difficult to deal with back then. Still love the dude regardless.
