And in the context of Apple's lovely heartfelt post, it's also pretty disrespectful to immediately reach for a word which positions her as just another of Prince's hos. Some people objected to that, and there is a reason why we objected. It's not that we don't understand, it's that we understand and don't like it.

perhaps it means the person's outside appearance does not match their authentic feelings? Like they are pretending to be vulnrable and emotional in order for you to "connect" emotionally with them, but they have ulterior motives.

Prince sounded like a very wise man and he for sure wasn't stupid. I can only imagine the fake people who entered his life....I think I remember Van Jones saying he knew who his fake friends were.

Thanks KK Yes, I get the manipulative part, but "jubilant judas"? I was thinking more about it and it might mean that judas is happy when you buy his self-pity.

I'd always heard they didn't shag. She was married until 1985 to her first husband, so she'd have been a cheater if she did let him get his noodle warmed up. Their onscreen kiss was their first kiss (I'd heard). All that aside, I found it interesting that they stayed friends over the years, especially since Prince cut off other people that had a more profound role in his life & career.

Side note: She was married to her second husband when she was on MTV's Cribs, and lived next door to one Ms. Tara Leigh Patrick.

PS He never shagged me either. Then again, I found him handsome, but never sexually appealing.

In the P&R forum, there was discussion of conspiracy / illuminati theory people and a few people said Van Jones was into conspiracy theories and such...

I think she got "curved" because he didn't want her to see him like that [in pain] PLUS he knew she didn't play and would have scooped his lil tail up and placed him into a car and driven to the nearest hospital. See this is why I don't like how these qoutes are set up, becauase I don't know I am really responding to.

Perhaps, I didn't quite know what "pimp hand was strong" means to either of you.

So I will say this, "where I'm", I know exactly what we mean by "pimp hand was strong". And I will just leave it at that.

To be honest, we all have "friend" like that in our lives. Haters, fakers, backstabbers. We all got these various names for them but they are right in our circles.

Way too many people put these celebs on some higher plane. Prince was just like us in the sense of he could spot fake people in his life. Some he probably let them do their thing and some he probably didn't mess with any more.

That wasn't no "special power". Most of us can do it IF we paid attention and really looked at who is our friends and who isn't. Most of us don't until we are betrayed by them.

I don't think he curved her, I think it was the people around him doing that.
