You just stole my thunder. I was gonna post this in the Prince:Non-Music section. This is the proper Prince tribute right here with MC bringing the funk! I may have to make that 2 hour trek to Greenville SC later this month. Don't laugh at my funk

I've been hoping Mint Condition would do a tribute. I want to see them do one of his ballads. I think Stokely has the range to do it. I could see him singing "Free." | |

Even before Prince passed the band had been performing a medley of funk tunes in their shows Get It Up, Give It To Me Baby, Dance Floor with Stokley on the Talk Box. I'm like damn what does this cat not do. I'm trying to see them this summer because after this year the band said they are taking a break from touring to work on other projects and spend time with family. Don't laugh at my funk

I missed the Greenville,SC show Saturday but I'm going to Greensboro,NC this coming Saturday to see MC. I hope they do the Prince tribute. Don't laugh at my funk

Thanks for posting this! Love Mint Condition and they can do a truly great tribute to Prince.
