I agree with you! I'm not trying to blame anyone, but those that say they were so close to him didn't seem to know about the stuff that truly mattered about him. In those friends defense, however, Prince hid those things too...things that he may have been struggling with.

I had hoped he would find love with a woman like tamron, like clooney did with amal....thats what Prince really needed. When I first heard of her I was hoping it would turn out to be the grown up relationship, but when I saw her selfie as a single cover....I was like - he's tryna turn her into a video girl. You guys are just cracking me up. But I also thought how much influence he had over gettiing people to change things (mainly women). Not sure that is a good thing or not to be honest.......and if Tamron had a long term relationship with someone other than Prince that makes it kind of weirder?

A far as her not going to work, I agree with what others said - it was not a good thing it showed an unprofessional side. When I found out Prince left us all behind I was getting ready for work and my boss even rang me to see if I was OK and said I could have the day off if I wanted, but I said NO as that would be unprofessional and would look so stupid to my co-workers. Of course my heart was broken and I wanted to stay home and cry all day but my head said I had to go to work ! Sometimes being an adult you have to do things. I do of course appreciate she was a personal friend and her grief would be far greater and I would not have expected her to go to work on hearing the news the first time around, but this time she should have been preparing and shown professionalism?
