Sugar Walls

I guess this goes here. I think this is the first time I've ever started a thread in this forum. But I did a search and this is where the last Sugar Walls thread was in like, 2012 or something, so I'll put this one here as well.

Not much to say, just listened to this song for the first time in many years and was amazed at how much of it is obviously a Prince composition. Would have been interesting if he tackled this one as Camille or something, because the lyrical content is so clearly feminine. I enjoyed it, made me want to dance...

I was just listening to Sheena's "A Private Heaven" CD this past weekend and remembering when American Bandstand would not allow her to perform "Sugar Walls" on the show. biggrin
