So I was re-watching the famous clip where Prince was on Jimmy Fallon's old show playing Screwdriver and Bambi with 3rd Eye Girl and Jimmy Fallon is holding up what appears to be a vinyl record with the same art that's on the Bass Drums. He brought it back at the end of the performance and and shoved it in front of the camera.

Does such a record exist? Here's a screen capture

It's just a piece of cardboard - same dimensions as an LP, but not real. You see Jimmy use those all the time, often several months before an album is released and well before the LPs have been manufactured. It's just so he's got something to hold, really.
