Been waiting on this album SOOOO long! Very dance-y and "up". Previews of the tracks are available on amazon, and I love it! But I am totally biassed as I have loved everything she has released to date, I count her as a friend and love her to bits. Hoping it comes out on physical release as well though, as only seeing download for pre-order so far. | |

there is one song on I AM that I really like "FUCK YOU TIL YOU'RE GROOVY"! Great title, and what a funky beat! WOW! But the rest sounds pretty avarage to me. | |

Anyone noticed that it's actually the second album by a Prince associate titled I Am, after Elisa Fiorillo's I Am from 1990 I wonder if Jill is aware of that. Listened to the sound clips on iTunes.Looks like Jill's album is aimed at the clubs.This is a straightforward dance album.That's a smart move for her. | |

Peace Bisquit is a very much club music-oriented label. I think they also released Brenda's recent dance tracks but i'm not sure.
