The Family Stone did a 4 day 6 show run in Seattle awhile ago (late 2013 if I am not mistaken) and I was able to catch all but one of them. What a funny and entertaining woman Ms Cynthia Robinson was.... And the combo of her and Jerry Martini were a kick in the pants. I was hoping they would come back and do another round. Sigh. RIP Sacred is the prayer that asks 4 nothing
While seeking 2 give thanks 4 every breath we take

Very sad news. Cynthia was a fantastic musician. 69 is not very old either.

Very sad to read she had passed. Always enjoyed her gorgeous smile, charismatic personality, fabulous afro, delightful expressive clothes, incredible horn playing, joy for performing, outstanding musical skills, her electric personality, innovative talents, delightful energies, her authentic sense of family within Sly and The Family Stone, as well as, her lovely and sometimes crazy fun singing style.
And her love for Sly. A trend setter...she will be missed. Praying for their daughter, family, friends, fans and loved ones✨💖✨ [Edited 11/29/15 11:15am] [Edited 11/29/15 11:29am] Was it good 4 U?
