I don't hear any fight. Just a door close and what sounds like a woman in heels(you can kinda hear the stockings) walking away.

Maybe he is talking about a different unrel version of the song he has, or another song on the album

all I hear at the end of that song is a door slamming abruptly no voices or arguing at all

There's a scene in the Purple Rain trailer where Jellybean is trying to get a hold of Prince, and P throws a haymaker @ Bean. Could that be one of those fights???
