This guy put out three very underrated albums... was named the Top Entertainer in Las Vegas a few times... was the "boyfriend" in Madonna's 'Borderline' video... and had tons of potential. Than what happened to him? His work with Paisley Park & Rosie Gaines is some of my favorite!!!

I have to say i prefer the demo version. Not a Purple Kool-Aid sipper in the least, but the demo does me better than the released version.

In fact u can't post this one either given that it was uploaded on YT by a fan, and u most likely condemned this poor fan's YT channel to being shut down by YT at the request of Controversy Music or NPG Records

Love this song - great vocal performance! Actually he has 4 albums.

I hung out with him one night - super nice guy. About 8 years ago he performed at Foxwoods, so I went to check him out. Unfortunately, there was hardly anyone there. Long story short, I ran into one of his crew in the bathroom, got talking and got to hang out with him for a few hours after the show. He said working with Prince was intense, and rewarding. He explained Prince was an awesome coach and would get things out of people they didn't know they had. He said the chorus of Get Blue was a bitch but Prince convinced him he was able to do it.

This is pretty interesting. usually Prince would just send tapes and not be with the artist in the studio, and I think u've just undug an unknown information (i.e. that he was there when LL recorded his vocals @ Sideways Recording, Santa Ana, CA (if this is indeed where overdubs were recorded as reported by princevault,n based on the liner notes I guess).

Prince hurts my soul.
