Mayte Wearing the Purple NPG Jersey? I'm appealing to those with either a better memory or a more recent viewing.
Does anyone know which concert or video contains Mayte gamboling about wearing the purple jersey from the Rock And Roll Is Alive video? I'm working on something and I know I have it but can't remember or find what it's from.

I believe the concert you are talking about was LOVE 4 ONE ANOTHER. It was broadcast on VH-1 back in 95 or so. It was about some girl named NIKKI sneaking into Paisley Park to meet P and he led her on a wild goose chase. This was about the time that he stated that "fan" was short for "fanatic" and preferred his "followers" to be "friends" and not "fans". Hope that helped! |
