And this is not to say that I'm trying to insult Rosie Gaines, I wish to make that clear for anyone who might get a little sensitive about their girl. It's just that I don't think Rosie ever had the kind of tone in her voice that Liv has. | |

good work Liv n Prince I watched her performance on the Arsenio clip,about 4 times, with her singing that song. I just love that song, from the day the cd was released. I also noticed when Liv sings 'The Unexpected' she gives that song a Betty-Mabry Davis flavor with a little bit of Tina Turner. Liv is bringing back soul, blues-rock, funk, rock-soul and r&b all over that cd. Prince has a gold mine of a singer on his hands. Yes indeed! So far my favorite singers for 2013 and 2014 are Liv Warfield and Alice Smith. Beautiful, natural voices, real talent. Their singing will move and shake you. [Edited 3/8/14 5:35am] | |

Ehh. I wasnt real big on Superconductor. It was ok but after a week or so it burned out for me. Its towards the bottom half of associate releases for me. | |

I would like to see a REAL tour though with Liv opening for Prince and 3rd Eye Girl. A triple threat tour would be cool too if they threw in Andy also but I have a feeling she is done in the Prince camp as it seems like they may have fallen out or something but a triple threat tour would be cool. Liv at the least should open up!! | |
