The "covers" album project has just 16 more days to go to raise 100% of its goal. So far, 370 pledges have help it reach 75% of it. St. Paul and the band have asked pledgers to help spread the word as much as possible. If you haven't already, please go to their pledgemusic site and pre-order the new CD or downloads. Other options include autographed copies, drumsticks, photos, tee shirts, posters, vinyl, handwritten lyrics, and chances to have the band talk with you via Skype, or play/sing on your song, perform a concert just for you and your private party, and much more. I have pledged and just want to be sure time doesn't run out without telling friends and others who might be interested. the band is also planning to release a live CD - so it would be great if they could release these two projects within a reasonable time frame. Every pledge would certainly help them stay on schedule. THANKS!

I've already put some money, but I may put some more if things get difficult. I think they're gonna make it, though.

I have also pledged but the last 25% seems to be a bit of a hurdle, so I may pledge more. I really really want this project to succeed!

What happens if they don't make their goal? Do the projects continue anyway - just without so much contribution from fans? Do pledgers still get what they committed to?

I would pay for a brand new fDeluxe studio album, but I just don't enjoy live albums very much. And cover albums even less, just not interested in that. So I pass this time...

They have over 6500 likes on their FB page. If the likes literally bought the album it would have been funded pretty much right away.

and those people may still buy the album, but unfortunately kickstarter and pledgemusic and whatever other options there are get ignored by a lot of people. too many people think its just about giving money to a band for nothing without looking at what is being offered. and then you have the people who assume just because its an artist known worldwide that they have money to throw together whatever project they want to do.

I am glad they made it, eventhough I haven't pledged. Will most likely check the albums anyway when they come out, so I might be tempted to buy one (or both!) after all...
