It's a test pressing. I have a similar one. There is nothing different from the released record except the labels are white and it comes in a plain sleeve with the attached info sheet. | |

I think you're referring to the promo flat. They were generally used as decorative ads on record store shop walls. Same size as an LP cover, but no pocket.
