Interesting. If you look at the preview screencaps (in iTunes itself, not on the weblink) they have Readhead Stepchild featured as one of the tracks on this app (featuring Prince).

Anyone buy this app? Full song there? Downloadable from somewhere within the app, independent of playing it in the app itself? Has any of her other work with Prince become available within the app?

I'd download the app, but she's got a lot of nerve charing $1.99 for an app to promote herself. Plus, I've already got her Prince-produced album anyway, so there isn't much point, just to get this song.



PS: this is not in the wrong forum. because I couldn't give 2 shits about Tamar and her app except for the question of whether it's a backdoor distribution channel for Prince material.

It can't be downloaded and it's the original version from Milk & Honey, which was already circulating anyway.
