I don't know anyone else, but somehow that bass line in 'Yellow Gold' reminds me of Frankie Beverley of Maze's song 'Before I Let Go' . I somehow hear a similar bass line at the start of Yellow Gold's bass line.

It sounds very similar to the bassline in Chelsea Rodgers but i know what u mean.....there was a song out in the 80s/90s with this bassline......trying to think....

Got close:

Female singer....early 90s.., lyrics go something like 'call me every night'..... I can hear it in my head now but can't remember (yet) the singer but i remember it being early 90s...
