It was supposed to be a whole album back in the late 90's, a collab with her then husband David Sylvian but the project collapsed, due to a lack of interest from record companies IIRC. Some unreleased demos circulate on a boot (easy to find online) and this EP is made from the few tracks that got an official release, originally as b-sides of Sylvian singles.
Check out David Sylvian's work if you like this, he's by all means a very interesting artist. A COMPREHENSIVE PRINCE DISCOGRAPHY (work in progress ^^): https://sites.google.com/...scography/

I like the latest tracks she did on "A flutter and some words"... The tracks she did here with David Sylvian are ok, but not my favs. The grove is nice though. Change it one more time..

I have always enjoyed Ingrid being a poet myself, her poems are peaceful and relaxing. I like her style she is like a poet from time past , what i love about her most is her child like spirit. I had the chance to meet her once while living in MPLS and was impressed by how quite she was...
Glad to see that she kept true to herself after leaving the purple palace...

The new album is great, very subtle and elegant stuff, and the sessions with Sylvian were very promising.
Now that thing she did with Prince and Koppleman in 1991, that was quite amazing, a true visionnary album that was totally missed by everyone but Prince fans IMO. This is one of the few moments when Prince got really ahead of his time and the most amazing thing is that Koppleman (and Levi on one track IIRC) took things exactly where Prince left them and managed to finish the album with something perfectly cohesive. The way they emulated P's vision and made something just as great is almost shocking.

Ingrid's selling signed copies of her lastest album on eBay.. digipak. Seems like a pretty good deal:
Change it one more time..

That's probably one of the coolest album titles I've ever heard.

Sounds good, will have to take a listen....
Agreed about May 19, 1992 - ahead of its time and I love the hippy/alternative vibe, esp. Hippy Blood (although apparently that was worked on by Ingrid and Michael without P, although you can hear P's flourishes around the album)..
