I guess Prince wants to make sure he fathers a child somewhere.... can't blame him for not giving up on finding love.

I hope who ever he is with he just treats her right for his own happiness.... then again when he is down in the dumps or angry he puts out great music.

I don't think for a second that Mani would even consider starring in this show. Mayte may be trying to garner interest in Hollywood to further her career, but Mani seems to be happy with her little family. She has no reason to do this show.

I am beginning to think that Mani appeared as a favor for her friend Mayte. Mayte did it at the request of the producers of the show to punch up viewers interest.

Mani saying these little comments "catch up" was insensitive. But from past rumors, sensitivity does not seemed to be Mani's strong points. She seems to be rather blunt.

She did steal the show with her talk of her baby. She did look very pretty, even more than Mayte that day. Manuela has beautiful hair when she wears it natural.

And Mani seems to be truly happy. I think she has what she has always dreamed of. A popular (famous husbahnd) and a baby of her own.

It was probably a situation the producers set up to get people talking...."Wow, Prince's ex-wives are FRIENDS??". It certainly has spawned a conversation here. I just do not see Manuela as a resource for Mayte to get ahead or for making connections in anyway since Mayte had all that available to her before meeting Mani.

Mani moved to Minneapolis after graduating from college in (I think) legal studies. But not a law degree like some thought briefly.

She got hired in the Paisley park organization and held several positions. I have heard as Mayte's assistant, Prince's assistant, organizer of Prince's charity organizations.

Gamillah is a charity organization that Mani directed with Prince's $$ backing for NPG charity programs.

After their divorce she retained that charity. That maybe why the NPG feel is to the organization and the music sounds similar. It was created while Mani was still with Prince.

She went on to sell scented candles and incense in upscale stores. (Not sure how well the sales went becaue I don't hear people talk about them any more).

Then next thing Mani is with Eric Benet.
