Sure, that's believable. However, regardless of whatever her personality is like, I just find people who are quick to erupt violently like that to be comical. That's never necessary in my opinion, especially if you can't actually fight.

But we don't know if she erupted violently immediately or if there was more to the situation and then she reacted. Remember, they always edit the previews to make things seem like one thing whereas when you watch that particular episode, it's not anything like the preview. So the only way for us to know is to watch and see what actually happened. Who knows, maybe Jose's ex was egging Mayte on the whole day or for a few episodes, Mayte tried to keep her cool but finally had enough and was ready to bash her ass....or it could be what you are saying too. We don't know.

It's clear that she's still carrying a torch for him but I also detected some fear of retribution there too. Whatever it is, she can't even articulate properly when she talks about him and why they split.

On the other clip they were ribbing her because she still has some of his clothing, plus the china, (I still have gifts from my exes, but not their clothing) .

At this thread, the Access Clip and at the Ex show in general. I finally watched this clip and saw nothing great or not so great about any of these women (they all seem boring as hell to me, imo). Poor Sheree, you could hear the "crickets" playing when she was telling her story, lol.

They are no different then any other women/man that have gone through or are now going through things called life.

Please none of those other ladies would still be friends (and how are they defining the word friends) with any of the exes if they did not have kids with them. Friendly terms (no love or hate), yes, but friends (based on the true definition of the word) doubt it.

You get a divorce and you move on, never to see or talk to each other again (it's normal and it's called life). If they see each other in passing I am pretty sure they would speak,I don't think he views her as his enemy, but to think that they should be "friends" after being divorced (in her case married for 3 years and divorced/annulled for 12 years) is a little far fetched.

But I applaud these women for wanting to get from under the famous exes shadow, cuz we know how hard it must be for them to go out in public where everybody knows their names

Add this Scripted Reality show to the list of other shows I will not be watching.

When you are friends for so many years to a person, especially when it started out when you were young and then all of a sudden you are in a relationship with them and then married to them (and in addition, in her case, she worked for him)...I mean that's a hard pill to shake when things come apart and you get divorced. As you can see, when Mayte talks about Tommy Lee, you just get this feeling of "well I was with him and it didn't work out" but when she talks about P it's like this feeling of "I loved him with all of my heart, we had some issues, it didn't work out, but dang we aren't even friends anymore at the very least, I kinda miss him". It's like still feeling a connection to someone even though you two don't talk anymore...which seems sad because if you guys were close friends and then became husband and wife, you two were each other's best friend...to just cut that off is like agony. I don't know if Prince was a fool to leave Mayte, because for Prince, God and spirituality is the basis for his existence, so if Mayte didn't want to convert to JW, he had to find a mate who shared his religious views.

I think Mayte, all in all is a good person (but Reality TV can make a person the devil or an angel with editing). Her motivation for doing the VH1 show might have been to show her "independence" and her in the process of moving on, but I hope she isn't going down a trail of one reality show after the other. Reality TV producers know how to exploit celebrities' whims and ill-conceived ideas of getting fame.

I better not hear any of these Hollywood Exes complain that they do not want to be judged. That went out the window, when these chicks signed up, to film themselves for mass consumption their private lives.

Uh, all these Ex's are consolidating themselves forever as members of the Former Wive's Club by doing this reality show. Rather than being known for blazing a new path for themselves, they are going to be remembered, not for what they have accomplished on their own, but for being the former wives of once famous men.
