I've been watching some old Revolution videos and I was wondering, why do you suppose Lisa always looked so bored when she was playing? She seems to have this "good lord if I have to see Prince shake his ass one more time I'm just gonna die!" look on her face. Look alive girl!

But yeah Lisa always semed like she was constantly on valium ..all the time. Even in the movie. I like her style.

I don't know, she sorta always has that look on her face, even in her post-revolution days.

On a related note, I rememember an interview in which she said, "nothing he(Prince) does shocks me anymore, I mean after 'head' it all just seemed pretty normal to me-no big deal"

Too me Lisa always just looked COOL! Like it was so easy for her to play and sing. And it is in a rehearsal where they are rehearsing God and Lisa is fucking with Prince by hitting the keys like she's not paying attention. And Prince tells her to "Put the motherfucking magazine down and play your part!" And you can hear laughter and Prince says "GOD!!!" And then you can hear him say that Andre used to mess with him too.

Is it any surprise that a woman known for such wonderful chords and colors would also exude coolness and mystique?

on an unrelated note, what's with her huge weight loss between Purple Rain and Girl Bros? She looks like she lost a good 30 pounds or so... Sheesh.

They're supposed 2 look like they are bored. Its all part of the act.
