I was watching Prince's promo video for his Australian tour and during the video it mentions Mayte twice! No other chicks just her

It mentions when they got married and how she directed "The One" video, maybe he misses her

I know I'm probably ahead of myself, but who knows what the future might bring....

I'm guessing Prince has had very little to do with the promotion regarding his Australian tour.

That's my feelings exactly. All the promo stuff for this tour just seems off/not well thought out. That promo makes no sense, what does Mayte have to do with anything in 2012. She couldn't even get free tickets, so no, after being apart for over a decade, I do not see a Prince & Mayte reunion.

No RuthCass, that's not reason why Mayte and only Mayte is mentioned in the Australian tour promotion video. She, or more precisely their marriage is mentioned to make people guessing and you opening threads about this discussion.

I also guessed Prince didn't participate much in this promo clip.

Both lines that mention Mayte are from P's Good Morning America interview in 1998 with Kevin Newman. It looks like they just randomly added little bits of monologues and interviews for the promo clip.

Personally, I think she's his one true love. Of course, only he could say whether that is true or not so people don't start telling me I have no idea what I'm talking about- I'm just saying, seeing them together back in the day , it seemed like the most sincere and true love on both they're parts and I don't think that ever really goes away.

This is true-hopefully they are at least friends. I think they still love each other-what they went through would be difficult for anyone to get over and it didn't help that ole golddigger was around

She will always have a soft spot for him, I mean he kinda was her 1st well...everything! Same with him she was his 1st wife and he loved her. There will always be a connection between them! But if they're not meant to be I hope they both find that someone

Right. It was natural and it was REAL. the goldigger gives me an icky feeling, something about her never seemed "right" but with Mayte you could tell that it was real just by the way they looked at one another.

Mayte is taping a reality show "Hollywood Exes. A judge just ordered Prince to pay $4M to the Perfume makers. Andy is not so hot. All the people involved in this tour want to make as much money as possible. They would want to get as much publicity as they can to help promote the upcoming Prince shows. It was recently in the news Mayte the reality show. It makes sense they would mention his annulled marriage to Mayte that happened almost 15 years ago, twice in the promo clip.

I only replied to you because I am way ahead of Prince and all the PR stunts. The threads that pop up each time Prince is about to release music or tour are predictable and seems like he gets fams to try to plant seeds. When the Hollywood Exes show comes on Prince and Team Prince will not have me coming here to discuss his relationship with Mayte. They have been over for years and this topic has already been discussed ad naseum. Ruth Cass, my point is it only works on his gullible and naive fams.
